U.S. orders take 1 business day to process and 3-5 business days to arrive. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your order ships and includes tracking. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 10 business days. We use USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx depending on the region.

Some countries charge recipients a customs fee. It is the customer's responsibility to pay this fee upon receipt of your package. Generally it is a small percentage of the declared value of the package.
We ship it where you tell us to. It's pretty simple! We hope you understand that we can't be responsible for the following:
- Undeliverable packages due to incorrectly entered addresses
- UPS shipments where delivery is attempted multiple times and returned to sender
- Rejected packages (we think this goes without saying)
Depending on your neighborhood, sometimes a person must be present to accept the package because they don't want anyone to steal it. Usually the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) will leave a notification on your door if you are not home. Please sign it and check the box that allows the carrier to leave the package at your doorstep. You can also leave a note for the carrier if you are expecting delivery but will not be home.
If your order is returned to us for any of the reasons listed above we refund you the cost of the order less shipping and a $3 restocking fee.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're sorry! Thanks for trying us out though! The best way to handle any unused bottles of Before Elixir is to give them to a friend who could use them. But, if you want to return something, we are happy to accommodate you! Qualifying returns will receive a full refund, less original shipping fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
